Conditions under which the users can submit real estate offers to M’s site.
Every users is allowed to submt offers for sale and purchase of real estate on Max Data LTD’s site for free , without any limit in their number, in accordance with the conditions set hereunder.
Every internet user that has submitted an offer for sale or a property search application on Max Data LTD’s site agrees their contents to be published on the site and to be provided by Max Data LTD to third parties, mediators or end clients with the goal of concluding the property deal of the user.
In these cases Max Data LTDshall not provide the user’s personal data to third parties but only the information given in the offer for sale or in the property search application.
Every internet user that has submitted a property offer or a property search application on Max Data LTD’s site shall be considered informed that the they may be offered to sign an agreement under which Max Data LTDl – in its capacity of a professional mediator in real estate deals, shall have the right to a commission fee upon conclusion of a deal with the property offered or sought.
The amount of the remuneration as well as the conditions under which it shall be paid shall be specified in the agreement.
In case the user refuses to sign such an agreement Max Data LTD may remove the offer or application from its sites. In this case the users shall not lay any claims to Max Data LTD for damages or any other financial claims.
Verification of the submitted property offers
PLEASE note that the submitted offers shall not be published directly on Max Data LTDs site.
The property agents and the administrators shall verify each real estate offer and it shall be up to their judgment as to whether to publish it on the site or not, in view of observing the Corporate Rules for Working with Clients, Offers and Applications.
An offer shall be published on the site after it is verified by the agents and the administrators in view of observing the Corporate Policy on Client Matters and Confidentiality.
Mirol’s employees may contact the user that has submitted the offer in view of gathering additional information or specifying the details.
The publishing of an offer on the site may take up to 72 hours.
A user whose offer has not been published shall receive a request denial notification on the e-mail specified in the form.
Mirol shall not be obliged to justify to the user their decision to refuse to publish an offer or an application.
Despite the obligatory verification of the information published the agents and the administrators cannot be protected from dishonest or malicious actions on the part of the users – in this sense the responsibility for its accurateness and characteristics shall be borne by those who submit it.
The agents and the administrators have the right to remove at any time an already published real estate offer if in the work process they find out that its contents are untrue or that they are contrary to the company’s Concept for Working with Offers and Applications.
Mirol shall not be responsible towards the users or third parties for any damages which have incurred as a result of the refusal to publish or the removal of an offer or an application from its sites.
